1. General Terms

1zbet (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under an international gaming licence. The Terms & Conditions on this page ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 1zbet.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account.

You must provide accurate and complete information at registration — including your name, mobile number, address, and date of birth. Incorrect or false details may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal delays.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. You are solely liable for all activity carried out through your account.

2.4 KYC Verification

1zbet may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. In such cases, a copy of your national ID or passport may need to be submitted.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳50.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Accepted methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally instant — if a deposit fails, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Typically processed within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Multiple withdrawal requests can be submitted on the same day.

3.3 Transaction Fees

1zbet charges no fees on deposits. Withdrawals are also generally fee-free, though your payment provider may charge separately.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

1zbet reserves the right to decline any bet, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected. A bet is only considered valid once confirmation has been received.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change up until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are final and will not be affected by any subsequent changes.

4.3 Event Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one event in a parlay is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the payout recalculated using the remaining odds.
• If a match is suspended, bets will be voided if the match does not resume within 24 hours.

4.4 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 1zbet reserves the right to void that bet.

4.5 Maximum Payout Limit

The maximum payout per bet slip is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh). Any winnings above this amount will not be paid out. Separate limits may apply to different sports categories.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered at least 10 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own separate wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may only apply to specific sports or games.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the respective terms.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses

1zbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice. However, bonuses already granted will remain valid under their original terms.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1zbet:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.
• Abusing the bonus system — such as bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting.
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Tampering with the platform's software or using automated betting software.
• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Managing an account on behalf of someone under 18.

If any of the above violations are detected, the account in question will be suspended immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken where necessary.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

1zbet takes your personal data seriously. Information collected during registration is used solely for service delivery, verification, and compliance with legal obligations.

8. Responsible Betting

1zbet believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a solution to problems or a source of income. With that in mind, we make the following tools available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Loss Limit: Automatically stop betting once losses exceed a set amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily self-exclude your account for a set period.
• Reality Check: Check your session status periodically.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 User-Initiated Closure

• A breach of the Terms & Conditions is identified.
• Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

10. Limitation of Liability

1zbet is not liable for losses arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. Issues caused by third-party services, such as payment gateways, are also outside 1zbet's responsibility.
